基于“肝主疏泄”理论探讨脂肪肝分期治疗

Discussion about treatment for fatty liver disease in different stages based on the theory of liver controlling conveyance and dispersion

肝主疏泄理论在中医认识疾病的过程中起着重要的指导作用,其中调节气血津液代谢功能尤为重要。肝疏泄有度则气血津液运行正常,肝失疏泄则气滞湿阻血瘀,百病由生。脂肪肝发病表现为气血津液代谢障碍,符合肝失疏泄的特点,气滞、痰湿、血瘀分别在脂肪肝不同阶段发病中起着关键的作用,故其治疗当纠正肝失疏泄,根据所处阶段的病机特点而分别重视疏肝理气、祛湿化痰、活血化瘀之法。

The theory of liver controlling conveyance and dispersion plays an important guiding role in the process of TCM understanding of diseases,among which regulating the metabolism of qi,blood and fluid is particularly important.The liver＇s normal function means normal circulation of qi blood and body fluid,otherwise it brings us qi stagnation,fluid resistance and blood stasis,followed by diseases.Fatty liver is a modern medical name and appears as the metabolic disorder of qi blood and body fluid,meeting the characteristics of not liver freely distributing,qi stagnation,fluid resistance or blood stasis plays an important role in different stages.Therefore,the treatment of fatty liver disease needs correction of liver dysfunction.In order to get the metabolism of qi blood and body fluid recovery,soothing liver regulating qi,eliminating dampness and phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are supposed to be applied for pathogenesis characteristics at different stages of the disease.
