摘要
目的探讨胶艾汤与四物汤对子宫出血大鼠模型出凝血及性激素的影响。方法选取生理状况相近的90只大鼠,均为雌性,随机将所有大鼠分为四物汤组、宫血宁组、胶艾汤低剂量组、胶艾汤中剂量组、胶艾汤高剂量组、胶三汤组、胶四汤组以及模型对照组和空白对照组等9组,平均每组10只。每组大鼠均按照体重1 m L/100 g的标准给予相应药物灌胃,每天灌胃2次,持续进行8 d,其中模型对照组和空白对照组菌给予生理盐水。观察记录各组大鼠的子宫出血量、出血时间、凝血酶时间、血小板聚集率、以及性激素含量等指标的变化情况。结果四物汤组大鼠的子宫出血时间和子宫出血时间均显著多于胶艾汤中剂量组大鼠(均P<0.05);胶三汤组大鼠和胶艾汤中剂量组大鼠的子宫出血时间和子宫出血量均显著低于模型组大鼠(均P<0.05)。四物汤组大鼠体内的血栓素B2含量显著低于胶艾汤中剂量组,其6-酮-前列腺素1α含量则显著高于胶艾汤中剂量组(均P<0.05);胶三汤组大鼠和胶艾汤中剂量组大鼠体内的血栓素B2含量和血小板聚集率均显著高于模型组大鼠(均P<0.05)。胶三汤组大鼠和胶艾汤中剂量组大鼠体内的卵泡刺激素含量以及促黄体生成素、雌二醇、孕酮等含量均显著高于模型组大鼠(均P<0.05);胶四汤组大鼠和四物汤组大鼠体内的雌二醇和卵泡刺激素含量均显著高于模型组大鼠(均P<0.05)。结论四物汤保持了胶艾汤调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴系统紊乱的作用,但是其止血功能却得到大大缩减。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jiaoai decoction and Siwu decoction on blood coagulation and sex hormones in rats with uterine bleeding.Methods Selection of 90 female rats with similar physiological status,all rats randomly were divided into Siwu decoction group,Gong Xue Ning group,Jiaoai decoction low dose group,Jiaoai decoction medium dose group,Jiaoai decoction high dose group,Jiaosan decoction group,Jiaosi decoction group,model control group and blank control group,etc.,an average of 10 in each group.Rats in each group are given according to the weight of 1 ml/100 g standard corresponding drug lavage,lavage 2 times a day for eight days,the model control group and blank control group given normal saline.The measurements of the amount of blood,hemorrhage,thrombin time,platelet aggregation,and the content of sex hormones were recorded in the rats.Results The uterine bleeding time of Siwu decoction group were significantly longer than that of Jiaoai decoction group( all P〈0.05);The time of uterine bleeding and the amount of uterine bleeding in Jiausan decoction group and Jiaoai decoction group were significantly lower than those in model group(all P〈0.05).The content of thromboxane B2 in Siwu decoction group was significantly lower than that in the middle dose group of Jiaoai decoction,and the content of 6-keto-prostaglandin 1αwas significantly higher than that in the middle dose group of Jiaoai decoction(all P〈0.05).The contents of thromboxane B2 and platelet aggregation rate in rats of Jiaosan decoction group and Jiaoai decoction medium dose group were significantly higher than those of model group(P〈0.05).The contents of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol and progesterone in rats of Jiaosan decoction group and Jiaoai decoction group were significantly higher than those of model group(all P〈0.05).The contents of estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone in rats of Jiaosi decoction group and Siwu decoction group were significantly higher than those of model group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Siwu decoction kept the function of regulating the hypothalamus pituitary ovary axis system,but its hemostatic function was greatly reduced.
