This paper introduces the system framework of whole process BIM＋ project management mode and the situation of Shanghai World Expo museum project, and expounds the implementation of the whole process BIM＋ project management implementation mode in Shanghai World Expo museum project, summarizes the benefits of this mode for projects, and puts forward some pertinent thinking and suggestions for the implementation of BIM＋ project management mode in the future, so as to provide references for the application of BIM＋ project management mode in the whole process.
