摘要
以绿色建筑全寿命周期理论为基础,对绿色建筑理论进行深化。首先,将费用与效益划分为增量成本与增量收益;其次,构建绿色建筑全寿命效益模型,将增量成本化分为节能,节水,节材,节地,环境和管理,增量效益划分为经济,社会和环境效益,并对其进行量化处理;最后,将费用效益模型与全寿命周期评价体系应用于新疆某地区绿色建筑项目,通过费用效益分析方法对绿色建筑增量成本和效益进行评价分析验证项目可行性。
On the basis of the theory of green building whole life cycle, this paper deepens the theory of green building. First, divides the cost and benefit into incremental cost and incremental benefit. Then, constructs the life-span benefit model of green building that divide the incremental cost is into energy saving, water saving, material saving, land saving, environment and management, divid benefit into economic, social and environmental benefits, and quantify them. Finally, uses the cost benefit model and life cycle assessment system in green building projects in Xinjiang area, through the cost benefit analysis method to evaluate the incremental cost of green building and benefit analysis to verify the feasibility of the project.
