小反刍兽疫诊断与防控的现状及展望

Current situation and prospect of diagnosis,prevention and control on peste des petits ruminants

小反刍兽疫（PPR）是世界动物卫生组织（OIE）规定的通报性疫病和国内法定的Ⅰ类动物疫病,严重危害养羊业的健康发展。文章从国内近年来小反刍兽疫发病与流行的新特点,探讨小反刍兽疫诊断的新策略及检测方法,强化小反刍兽疫感染的早期诊断、病原流行病学调查和出入境检疫中动物携带小反刍兽疫病毒的监测。同时依据国家相关法律法规,执行小反刍兽疫防控的综合性策略,做好严格规范检疫和防疫监测与风险评估。

Peste des petits ruminants（PPR） is a kind of notifiable epidemic disease prescribed by the World Organization for Animal Health（OIE） and a class Ⅰ animal epidemic disease in China.The disease seriously harms the healthy development of sheep industry.Based on the new characteristics of the incidence and prevalence of PPR in China in recent years,the new diagnostic strategy and detection method of PPR are reviewed in this paper.The early diagnosis of PPR,epidemiological investigation of pathogens and surveillance of animals carrying PPRV in entry and exit quarantine also have been strengthened in this paper.According to the relevant national laws and regulations,the comprehensive strategy of prevention and control of small ruminants is performed,and the surveillance of quarantine and epidemic prevention and risk assessment are strictly standardized.
