日粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊血脂代谢相关酶活性的影响

Effects of dietary supplementation of sycamore seed oil and rosiglitazone on blood lipid metabolism related enzyme activities in sheep

摘要 为了研究在绵羊日粮中添加梧桐子油和罗格列酮对绵羊血脂代谢相关酶活性的影响,试验将18只体重为(27.71±2.64)kg、生理状况相似的杂交公羊(美利奴×小尾寒羊)随机分为3组,进行单栏饲养(2.0 m×1.2 m)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,梧桐子油组饲喂基础日粮+15 g/d梧桐子油,罗格列酮组饲喂基础日粮+8 mg/d罗格列酮。试验期为50 d,其中过渡期为10 d,预饲期为5 d,正试期为35 d,测定绵羊血脂代谢相关酶活性。结果表明:与对照组相比,梧桐子油组脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)活性显著提高(P〈0.05),硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(SCD)活性显著降低(P〈0.05);罗格列酮组FAS、LPL、ACC和SCD活性均显著提高(P〈0.05)。梧桐子油组ACC活性显著高于罗格列酮组(P〈0.05),梧桐子油组SCD活性显著低于罗格列酮组(P〈0.05)。 The aim of the present study was to explore the effects of supplemented sycamore seed oil and rosiglitazone in sheep diet on lipid metabolism related enzyme activities in sheep blood.18 hybrid rams(Merino sheep× Han sheep) of similar physiological status and body weight(27.71±2.64) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups for single-column feeding(2.0 m ×1.2 m).The control group was fed with the basal diet,the sycamore seed oil group was fed with basal diet+15 g/d sycamore seed oil and the rosiglitazone group was fed with basal diet+8 mg/d rosiglitazone.The test period was 50 days,of which the transition period was 10 days,the pre-feeding period was 5 days,the formal test period was 35 days.The results showed that compared with control group,the activity of fatty acid synthase(FAS),lipoprotein esterase(LPL) and acetyl-Co A carboxylase(ACC) in sycamore seed oil group was significantly increased(P〈0.05),and the activity of stearyl-coenzyme A desaturase(SCD) was significantly decreased(P〈0.05).Compared with control group,the activity of FAS,LPL,ACC and SCD in rosiglitazone group was significantly increased(P〈0.05).
