配合饲料和血液对菲牛蛭水蛭素活性及非特异性免疫指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究配合饲料和血液对菲牛蛭水蛭素活性和非特异性免疫指标的影响,用配合饲料和血液对菲牛蛭进行60 d的养殖,测定和分析这两种投喂方式下菲牛蛭水蛭素活性和非特异性免疫指标的情况。结果显示:配合饲料组水蛭素活性略低于血液组,差异性不显著(P>0.05);肠道组织中,配合饲料组溶菌酶(LSZ)活性显著低于血液组(P<0.05),而碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著高于血液组(P<0.05);嗉囊组织中,配合饲料组LSZ活性稍低于血液组,而AKP和ACP稍高于血液组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明:菲牛蛭摄食配合饲料,水蛭素活性未受影响;在AKP和ACP方面能达到或超过血液饲养水平,但对菲牛蛭的LSZ活性有一定的下降。 In order to explore the effects of compoun feed and blood on the hirudin activity and non- specific immunity of Poecilobdella manillensis. The activities of hirudin and non-specific immunity enzyme of young Poecilobdella manillensis were determined, when the leech were fed with compound feed and blood for 60 days. The results show that the activities of hirudin of compound feed group were slightly lower blood feed group and no significant difference(P〉0.05). In the intestine tissue, the activity of lysozyme(LSZ) of compound feed group was significantly lower blood feed group(P〈0.05), while the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and acid phosphatase(ACP) were significantly higher than blood feed group (P〈0.05), In the crop tissue, there was no significant difference between com- pound feed group and blood feed group in lysozyme(LSZ), (ACP). The activities of lysozyme(LSZ) of compound feed and the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and acid group.The results suggest that there was no effect on the feed, It can reach and exceed the level of blood feeding in ulation effect on LSZ activity. alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase group were slightly lower blood feed group, phosphatase(ACP) slightly higher blood feed activities of hirudin when fed with compoun AKP and ACP, but it has a certain downregulation effect on LSZ activity.
