摘要
目的探讨巴林特小组培训对护理本科生共情能力的影响。方法从我校2013级护理本科10个班级中随机选取2个班共65名学生作为研究对象,65名学生分为5组,每组进行6次巴林特小组培训,其中3次为面对面培训,3次为在线培训。培训前后采用人际反应指针量表对学生共情能力进行调查。结果干预后,学生共情能力总分及各维度得分高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论巴林特小组培训能够提高护理本科生的共情能力,为开展护理人文教育提供了新思路。
Objective To explore the effects of Balint group on empathic abilities of nursing undergraduates. Methods There were 10 classes of grade 2013 in our university. Two classes of 65 students were recruited randomly and were divided into 5 groups. Each group received 6 times of Balint group training. Face-to-face training was conducted 3 times and 3 times online training were implemented. Before and after the training,Interpersonal Reactivity Index-Chinese(IRI-C) was used to investigate the empathy ability of nursing students. Results The total score of nursing students' empathic ability and score of each dimension were higher than those before training and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The Balint group can improve the nursing students' empathy ability,and provide a new way for humanistic education of nursing students.
