The inheritance and development of human care in nursing practice

该文就1936年北京协和医院《护理常规》一书中体现的人文关怀的护理措施,从舒适的住院体验、注重关怀实践和尊重患者权利3个方面进行提炼和梳理,重温与感悟护理先辈们留下的智慧结晶,以期更好地传承与发扬护理人文关怀精神。

This paper reviewed the Nursing Procedures of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 1936,and sorted out the nursing practices embodying human care from three aspects：the comfortable experience in hospital,the emphasis of humanistic practice and the respect of patients＇ rights .The purpose is to review and comprehend the wisdom of the nursing predecessors and to inherit and develop the spirit of human care.
