摘要
目的探讨"三维知识-目标"教学在护患纠纷应急处理培训中的应用效果。方法 2015年12月—2017年1月从某医院各科选取100名护士,分3期对其进行"三维知识"护患纠纷应急处理培训。培训主要内容包括纠纷原因及分类、纠纷应急处理规则、护患沟通技巧、职业道德及价值观、语言行为学、法律及法规、应激心理调整。培训结束后,通过考核、问卷调查检测"三维目标"完成情况。结果 "三维知识"培训后,护士学员纠纷原因及分类、纠纷应急处理规则、护患沟通技巧和职业道德及价值观均分>90分,及格率达到100%;护士对培训评分均>4分。结论 "三维知识"护患纠纷应急处理培训能有效培养护士的护患纠纷应急处理能力和职业价值观,也得到护士的认可。
Objective To explore the effects of three dimensional knowledge-target teaching in handling emergency nurse-patient disputes. Methods One hundred nurses were recruited from different departments of a hospital from December 2015 to January 2017. The nurses were divided into three groups and received the three dimen- sional knowledge-target teaching in turn. Contents of the training included reasons and classification of disputes, principles of handling the disputes,communication skills between nurses and patients ,professional ethics and values, language and behavior,laws and regulations,and psychological adjustment. After the training,examination and questionnaire were both used to evaluate the teaching effects. Results After the training,the mean scores of reasons and classification of disputes,principles of handling the disputes,communication skills between nurses and patients, and professional ethics and values were all above 90. The passing rate reached 100%. The evaluation score nurses gave to the teaching method was above 4. Conclusion Three dimensional knowledge-target teaching can improve nurses' abilities to handle the emergency nurse-patient disputes. Nurses also acknowledge such teaching method.
