CK7、TTF-1、p63在非小细胞肺癌患者体内表达变化的意义研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察细胞角蛋白7(CK7)、甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)、p63蛋白在非小细胞肺癌患者体内的表达情况,并分析其临床意义。方法选取80例非小细胞肺癌患者的非小细胞肺癌组织作为非小细胞肺癌组,另选取其正常肺组织作为对照组。观察非小细胞肺癌组织中CK7、TTF-1、p63的阳性表达率,比较不同临床病理特征非小细胞肺癌患者CK7、TTF-1、p63阳性表达率的差异,分析影响非小细胞肺癌患者CK7、TTF-1、p63阳性表达率的因素。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中的CK7、TTF-1、p63阳性表达率均明显高于正常肺组织(P﹤0.001);不同TNM分期、淋巴结转移、组织学分型和分化程度非小细胞肺癌患者CK7、TTF-1、p63的阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),不同年龄、性别非小细胞肺癌患者CK7、TTF-1、p63的阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,淋巴结转移和组织学分型是非小细胞肺癌患者CK7、TTF-1、p63阳性表达的影响因素(P﹤0.05)。结论 CK7、TTF-1、p63在非小细胞肺癌患者体内高表达,且与患者的淋巴结转移情况和组织学分型密切相关。 Objective To observe the expression of cytokeratin 7(CK7), thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1) and p63 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and to analyze its clinical significance. Method The tissues from 80 cases of NSCLC patients were included in the analysis as NSCLC group, while the adjacent normal tissues were collected as control group. The positive expression rate of CK7, TTF-1 and p63 in NSCLC patients were determined, and the positive expression rates of CK7, TTF-1 and p63 in patients with different clinical and pathological characteristics were compared and analyzed to determine the factors influencing the positive expression rate of CK7, TTF-1 and p63 in NSCLC. Result The positive expression rate of CK7, TTF-1 and p63 in NSCLC tissues were markedly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.001); The positive expression rates of CK7, TTF-1 and p63 differed significantly among patients with different TNM stages, presence of lymph node metastases, histological type, and degree of differentiation, demonstrating statistically significant difference(P〈0.05), there was no statistically significant difference in regard of the positive expression rate of CK7, TTF-1 and p63 in patients with different age and gender(P〉0.05); Multivariate analysis showed that, lymph node metastases and histological type were the factors influencing the positive expression of CK7, TTF-1 and p63 in patients with NSCLC(P〈0.05). Conclusion CK7, TTF-1 and p63 are highly expressed in patients with NSCLC, and are closely related to the lymph node metastases and histological classification.
