情景式健康教育对脑胶质瘤患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量影响的回顾性研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨情景式健康教育对脑胶质瘤患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法对经情景式健康教育的90例脑胶质瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察比较情景式健康教育前后脑胶质瘤患者的血压、心率、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、焦虑、抑郁、生活质量及满意度变化情况。结果情景式健康教育后,患者的血压、心率低于情景式健康教育前,GCS和MMSE高于情景式健康教育前,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。情景式健康教育后,患者的焦虑、抑郁症状得分均明显低于情景式健康教育前,自我护理、心理健康、社会功能、语言交流和运动功能评分明显高于情景式健康教育前,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);情景式健康教育后患者的满意度为91.11%(82/90),高于情景式健康教育前的55.56%(50/90),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论采用情景式健康教育对脑胶质瘤患者进行护理,可缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等情绪,从而提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To study the effect of scenario-based health education on the anxiety, depression and quality of life(QOL) in patients with brain glioma. Method 90 cases of brain glioma patients who were given scenario-based health education were included in the retrospective analysis, and the blood pressure, heart rate, Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) score, mental state examination(Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE), anxiety, depression, QOL and change of satisfaction rate before and after treatment were compared. Result After scenario-based health education, the blood pressure and heart rate were decreased as compared with that before health education, while GCS and MMSE were increased, with statistically significant difference observed(P〈0.05). Besides, the anxiety and depression symptoms scores were also lower than that before health education, the self-care, mental health, social function, language communication and physical function scores significantly raised significantly, indicating significant differences(P〈0.01); After education,the satisfaction rate was 91.11%(82/90), which was higher than the 55.56%(50/90) before scenario-based health education, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of scenario-based health education during clinical care for brain glioma can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression, thus improving the quality of life of patients.
