摘要
采用相反转法制备了一种水性环氧树脂乳液,分析了乳液稳定性的影响因素。考察了固化剂种类、掺量对乳液固化效果的影响。基于FTIR方法验证了乳液固化效果,并测试了乳液固化后漆膜的性能,分析了该乳液用于防腐蚀涂料底漆的可行性。研究结果表明,乳化剂质量分数为6%,树脂固含量为50%以上时,制备的乳液粒径集中分布在1 100~1 200 nm范围,稳定性良好;固化剂质量分数在50%时,漆膜硬度达到5H,附着力为1级以上,且耐碱性能良好,具有用于混凝土防腐涂料底漆的可行性。
A kind of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion is prepared by phase reversion method.The factors influencing the stability of emulsion is analyzed.The influences of curing agent's types and dosage on the curing effect of emulsion are investigated.The curing effect of emulsion is verified by using FTIR. The film performance after curing of the prepared emulsion is determined and the feasibility using the emulsion as primer for anti-corrosion coatings is discussed. The results show that the stability of the prepared emulsion has a good stability and the emulsion particle sizes distribute in the range of 1 100-1 200 nm when the dosage of emulsifier is 6% and the dosage of resin exceeds 50%.When the dosage of curing agent is 50%,the hardness of paint film after curing can reach 5 H,the adhesion can exceed level 1,and the alkali resistance exhibits excellent. The emulsion has a feasibility to be used as primer for the concrete anticorrosive coatings.
