摘要
利用初湿浸渍法制备铁基催化剂,考察了不同负载量和不同载体制备催化剂在不同氧体积分数下的脱硝活性。结果表明,Fe_2O_3的负载量越大,适用于脱硝环境的O_2可调的范围越宽。当负载量为32%,O_2体积分数为2.2%时NO转化率可达100%。随着Fe_2O_3负载量的增加,活性位数目增加。当比较不同载体的脱硝活性时,Al_2O_3为载体的催化剂表现出更宽的O_2活性适用范围,且随着Fe_2O_3的负载量增加,结晶度增加,适用于脱硝环境的O_2可调的范围越宽。推测O_2的适用范围与Fe_2O_3结晶度有关。由NO-TPD发现,Al_2O_3有更强的NO吸附能力,有利于促进脱硝活性。
The iron-based catalysts are prepared by the initial wet impregnation method. The denitration activity of catalysts with different loading amount and different carriers are investigated under different oxygen volume contents.The results show that the larger the loading amount of Fe_2O_3,the wider the adjustable range of O_2 suitable for denitration environment.When the loading amount is 32 wt.%,the NO conversion can reach 100% with the O_2 content being 2. 2 vol.%.With the increase of Fe_2O_3 loading amount,the number of active sites increase gradually.When comparing the denitration activity of catalysts with different carriers,the catalyst using Al_2O_3 as carrier exhibits a wider activity range of O_2.With the increase of Fe_2O_3 loading amount,the crystallinity increases,and the range of O_2 volume content suitable for denitration environment is wider.It is presumed that the suitable O_2 range may be related to the crystallinity of Fe_2O_3.It is found by NO-TPD that Al_2O_3 has stronger ability to adsorb NO and can promote denitration activity.
