摘要 文章系统分析了四缸四冲程汽车发动机的结构组成,通过对零件进行测绘后,使用Pro/Engineer软件完成零件三维模型的建立以及部件装配。在三维建模过程中,使用Pro/Engineer中的族表技术,将发动机中常见的标准件构建标准件库,采用"自底向上"的方法,由零件到部件再到总成的顺序完成发动机的总装配。运用VB6.0软件为开发工具,设计开发了一套系统化、科学化、合理化的汽车发动机虚拟装配教学系统,既方便了教师理论教学中的结构演示,又帮助了学生对实践动手能力的培养。 This paper systematically analyzeD the structure and composition of four mapping parts,we useD Pro/Engineer software to complete the establishment of 3D modeling process,we used the family table technique in Pro/Engineer to build cylinder four stroke automotive engine.After models and components assembly.In the 3D the standard parts library for the common components of the engine, and the "bottom-up" method to complete the total assembly of the engine from the parts to the parts to the assembly sequence.Using software development tools with VB6.0,we designed and developed a set of systematic, scientific, rationalization of automobile engine viratual assembly system of teaching,which not only provides convenience for teacher to show structure, but also helps students to cultivate the ability of practice.
