摘要
某公司在发动机100 h试验过程后发现正时链条组件1颗滚子碎裂,与此同时,发动机3 000次冷热冲击试验完成后,拆机发现2颗滚子碎裂,经现场查看,滚子碎裂形态相似,全部为横向碎裂。正时链条组件作为发动机力矩传输的关键部分,被广泛运用于乘用车上,因正时链条断裂造成发动机无法启动的现象非常频繁,文章通过对一系列检测的分析,最终找到了滚子碎裂的真正原因,且提出了改善的合理建议。
