摘要
传统的生产项目在进行项目管理中,风险管理水平往往取决于项目经理的经验备,进而在生产项目中存在较大的主观性,缺少科学合理的风险评价方法。文章基于WBS-RBS、层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,对S公司的生产项目进行客观的风险评价,保证了风险评价过程的规范化。
In the project management process of traditional production project,risk management level often depends on the project manager＇s experience,resulted in the larger subjectivity in production projects and being lack of scientific and reasonable risk assessment methods. Based on WBS-RBS, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper carded out objective risk assessment of S company＇s production projects,and guaranteed the standardization of risk evaluation process.
