摘要
OEM电子产品备件服务周期较长,需要供应链提供长期稳定的支持,特别是在量产停产后容易产生采购风险影响产品服务质量。文章通过分析OEM电子产品备件项目采购的特点,运用项目管理方法识别、评价采购风险,并提出风险应对策略,供企业在实际项目中进行参考。
OEM electronic products is with longer service cycle comparing to mass production, so it needs a long-term supply chain to provide stable support, especially after'the end of mass production,the purchasing risks will impact the.product service quality.This paper analyzed ,the characteristics of OEM electronic product spare parts procuiement used the project management method to identify and evaluate the purchasiiag risk, and come out the risk mitigation strategy for the enterprises to refer to the actual operations.
