摘要
通过某电厂2×350 MW燃煤机组超低排放改造项目应用湿式电除尘器的工程实践,对内置式DCW-B型湿式电除尘器的除尘性能进行了验证。系统介绍了湿式电除尘器的工作原理,以及DCW-B型湿式电除尘器在常规湿式电除尘器的基础上进行的创新性改进。实践应用显示,DCW-B型湿式电除尘器在电厂超低排放的应用中运行稳定,除尘效果明显。
The dust removal performance of the built-in DCW-B wet electrostatic precipitator was verified through the engineering practice of applying wet electrostatic precipitator to the uhra-low emission reconstruction project of 2 × 350 MW coal-fired units in a power plant. This paper systematically introduced the working principle of wet electrostatic precipitator and the innovative improvement measures of DCW=B wet electrostatic precipitator developed by Shanghai Longking Environmental Protection Co., Ltd on the basis of conventional wet electrostatic precipitator. DCW-B wet electrostatic precipitator is stable in operation, and has obvious dust removal effect in the application of ultra-low emissions.
