摘要 工业污染源每年向大气排放大量VOCs,为改善大气环境质量,需大力削减其排放量。在调研各行业大量现有VOCs末端治理技术案例的基础上,结合各代表性行业企业的实际监测数据,从技术及经济方面分析了不同行业VOCs末端治理技术的应用状况及适用条件。吸附、催化燃烧、生物处理这几类技术因其工艺成熟、处理效率高而被广泛应用。在进行VOCs末端治理技术选择时,应综合考虑VOCs气体特性(成分、浓度、温度、湿度等)、末端治理技术的处理效果及经济性能、设备的安装及维护可行性、排放标准等因素。力求为VOCs的治理及减排提供依据,也为相关环保工作者提供参考。 The industry pollution source releases a large amount of VOCs into the atmosphere every year, and it is necessary to reduce the VOCs emissions significantly. Based on the survey of a large number of industrial VOCs terminal treatment cases, and combining with the actual monitoring data of representative enterprises in various industries, the application status and applicable conditions of different VOCs terminal treatment techniques were analyzed in terms of the technical and economic aspects. Adsorption, catalytic combustion and biological treatment were widely used due to their mature technology and high efficiency. In the selection of VOCs terminal treatment techniques, the VOCs gas characteristics (composition, concentration, temperature, humidity, etc. ), performance and economies of the techniques, equipment installation and maintenance performance, emission standards and other factors should be considered. The paper aimed to offer the basis for the management and emission reduction of VOCs, and also provided reference for relevant environmental practitioners.
