三网融合时代地市级广电网络技术创新管理初探

A Preliminary Study on the Management of Technical Innovation for the Prefecture-level Radio Television Network in Triple-play Period

从三网融合实质性推进阶段地市级广电网络的技术使命出发,介绍了安全播出与传输的设备器件设施、运维操作流程、技术规划设计、人才培养、技术革新等方面的创新管理,最后给出了建立统筹的"安全播出与传输、技术规划设计和技术队伍建设"管理机制的设想。

Starting with the technical mission of municipal broadcasting network at the stage of substantive promotion of triple play, this article discusses the innovation management of equipment and facilities, operation and maintenance process, technical planning and designing, personnel training and technical innovation of safe broadcasting and transmission. Finally it puts forward the idea of establishing a management mechanism coordinating ＂secure broadcasting and transmission, technical planning and designing, and technical team building＂.
