喷油参数对直喷发动机性能影响的试验研究

An Experimental Study on the Effect of Injection Parameters on GDI Engine Performance

摘要 在一台直喷增压发动机上,研究了2 000 r/min、有效缸压1MPa工况,不同喷射策略下的喷射参数对发动机性能的影响。结果表明:单次喷射模式下,喷油起始角从400°~440°CA区间内均能使油耗较低的同时,碳烟排放也处于较低,但会牺牲NOx和HC排放;在二次喷射模式下,50%的两次喷射比例配合第一次喷射时刻420°CA、第二次喷射时刻600°CA时,可以将油耗、碳烟排放及NOx和HC排放均控制在较低水平。 The effects of injection parameters on the performances of a GDI turbocharged engine under different injecting strategies were studied at 2000 r/min and BMEP in cylinder equal to 1 MPa. The test results show that, under single injection mode, both the BSFC and the soot emission are lower when injection time is between 400°CA to 440°CA, but the NOx/HC emissions are not in lower level at the same injection time. If it is the split mode, the BSFC, the soot emission and NOx/HC emissions are all in lower level when the second injection fraction is about 0.5, the first injection time is about 420°CA and the second injection time is about 600°CA.
