基于SEM的福建台胞社会融合影响因素与路径关系研究

A Research on the Social Integration Influencing Factors and Path Relationship of Taiwan Compatriots in Fujian Based on SEM

文章基于SEM建立了福建台胞社会融合模型,就福建台胞的文化心理、社区保障、经济事业、政治政策等融入感知的交互影响及其对福建台胞总体社会融合的影响进行实证研究。结果显示:台胞在福建的文化心理融入感知直接显著正向影响总体社会融合程度;其经济事业融入感知显著正向影响文化心理融入感知和社区保障融入感知;政治政策融入感知显著正向影响经济事业与社区保障融入感知;而经济事业融入感知通过文化心理融入感知这一中介变量间接正向显著影响台胞总体社会融合程度;政治政策融入感知通过经济事业与文化心理融入感知这两个中介变量间接正向显著影响总体社会融合程度。基于这些结论,文章提出了促进福建台胞社会融合的政策建议。

This paper, based on SEM, establishes the social integration model of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian and makes an empirical study of the interaction effects within the integration perceptions of the cultural psychology, community security, economic career and political policy and their impact on the overall social integration of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian. The findings show that the perceptions of cultural and psychological integration of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian directly and positively affect the overall social integration, and their integration perception of economic career has a significantly positive impact on the cultural, psychological and community security integration perceptions. On the other hand, the integration perception of political policy also directly and positively affects that of the economic career and community security, while the economic career integration perception makes an indirect but significantly positive impact on the overall social integration by the intermediate variable of cultural career integration perception, and at the same time, the political policy integration perception also produces an indirect but significantly positive effect on the overall social integration by the intermediate variables of integration perceptions of economic career and cultural psychology. Based on these conclusions, this paper proposes some policy suggestions to promote the social integration of Taiwan compatriots in Fujian.
