台湾最后一位进士汪春源江西仕宦事迹探赜

A Probe into the Deeds of Wang Chunyuan,the Jiangxi Official and the Last Taiwan Residents Imperial Scholar

本文利用《汪进士自述》(年代不详)、《汉文台湾日日新报》(1907)、《申报》(1905)、清宫军机处《江西省光绪三十四年分州县官员考语清单》(1910)等文献档案,考察台湾最后一位进士汪春源于1905-1909年在署江西宜春知县与任安义知县期间,过去甚少被注意之一波三折的仕宦经历;并从《申报》(1903)、《癸卯恩科乡试十八省同年全录》(1903)所载科举史料,考察汪氏第一次却也是最后一次担任江西乡试同考官事迹的历史意义。

Based on the various documents including ＂Wang Chun-Yuan＇s self-description＂ （the date is unknown）, ＂New Taiwan Daily News in Chinese＂ （1907） , ＂Shen Daily＂ （1905） , ＂34 Years of Guangxu, Jiangxi Province＂ （1908） and ＂List of Language Examination for the Officials of Fenzhou County＂ （ 1910）, this paper makes a careful examination of the tortuous experience of Wang Chunyuan, the last Taiwan Residents imperial scholar, when he worked as a county magistrate from 1905 to 1909 in Yichun city and Anyi County, Jiangxi Province. On the other hand, the paper also investigates the historical significance of the deeds he performed for the first time and also the last time as an examiner in Jiangxi province according to the historical data of the imperial examination.
