摘要
回顾我国病虫测报信息化发展进程,根据各阶段的技术背景、主要特点和关键成果,将我国病虫测报信息化发展分为起步发展、平稳发展、快速发展和引领发展四个阶段。系统总结了我国病虫测报信息化建设在数据采集自动化、数据传输网络化、分析处理自动化、监测预警智能化、预报发布可视化、监测数据数字化等方面取得的主要进展和存在问题。提出了今后以"统一系统平台、统一规范标准、统一终端应用,强化业务协同、强化互通共享、强化信息服务"为重点的病虫测报信息化发展推进思路。
Based on reviews of progress, technical background, main characteristics and achievements, history of informatization of pests forecasting was classified into four phases: beginning phase, steady development phase, rapid development phase and leading development phase. Main progresses in informatization of pests forecasting were summarized including automatic data collection, networking data transmission, automatic data analysis, intelligently monitoring and early warning, visual forecasting and digitization of data. Measures of "unifying platform, standards and terminal application, and strengthening business cooperation, communication and information service" were proposed to improve the informatization of pests forecasting.
