摘要
于2015—2016年,在江西省赣州市开展了APF-I持久型松褐天牛高效诱剂的应用技术优化试验,并在江西省赣州市及吉安市的松材线虫病疫区或松褐天牛重度为害区开展了该诱剂的试验示范及推广应用。结果表明,诱捕器布设空间位置、密度、高度等对松褐天牛的诱捕量具有显著影响。APF-Ⅰ持久型高效诱剂诱捕器应选择挂置在通风良好处,悬挂高度在4~5 m,诱捕器间距应为50~150 m。在试验示范区,松材线虫病病死树显著减少,使用两年的相对防治效果可达81.47%,辐射推广区防效也达56.14%,经济和生态效益显著。
Optimization experiment of APF-I persistent attractant was carried out in Fengshan National Forest Park in Ganzhou city of Jiangxi province from 2015 to 2016, and demonstration and extension experiments were conducted at the pine wilt disease area or the severe damage area of pine sawyer beetle in Ganzhou and Ji'an of Jiangxi province. The results showed that height, density and spatial position of the trap showed significant influences on APF-I chemical attractant's efficacy in field. APF-I-traps should be set at the edge and peak ventilation of forest, suspension height should be at 4~5 m,and space between two traps should be 50 ~150 m. In experimental and demonstration areas, mortality of pine with wilt disease was significantly reduced, controlling efficiency(relative control) reached 81.47% by using traps for two years, and the efficiency was 56.14% in the radiation extension area, which showed significant economic and ecological benefits.
