喷气燃料低压临氢脱硫醇技术在加氢装置上的工业应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了喷气燃料低压临氢脱硫醇(RHSS)技术在某炼油厂1.4 Mt/a加氢装置的工业应用情况,该技术采用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FH-40B催化剂,在反应温度265~281℃、反应压力1.77~1.89 MPa的条件下,以12.0 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置直馏喷气燃料馏分为原料,生产3号喷气燃料。工业应用结果表明,3号喷气燃料产品质量优于设计值,表现为硫醇硫质量分数小于4μg/g,总酸值小于0.003 mg KOH/g,闪点47℃,冰点-54℃;装置能耗比设计值低0.47 kg/t(能耗单位kg/t表示千克标油每吨)。 The commercial application of jet fuel RHSS technology in the 1.40 MM TPY jet fuel hydro- genation unit of a petrochemical plant is introduced. With the FH-40B catalyst developed by SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals and the jet fuel produced by the 12.0 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as the feedstock, the 3# jet fuel is successfully produced in the unit at a tempera- ture range of 265 - 281μ and a pressure range of 1.77 - 1.89 MPa. The commercial operation results show that the quality of jet fuel is higher than the design specifications with mercaptan content less than 4 μg/g, the total acid number lower than 0. 003 mgKOH/g, and the flashing point and freezing point of 47 ℃, - 54 ℃re- spectively. Furthermore, the energy consumption of the unit is 0.47 kg/t lower than the design specification.
