摘要
介绍中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵石化分公司1 Mt/a催化重整装置在节能降耗、生产优化方面所采取的主要措施及实施效果。重整四合一炉增加了空气预热器,加热炉排烟温度由181℃降至95℃,加热炉热效率由90.50%提高至93.96%;对重整增压机凝气器冷却系统、中压蒸汽系统进行改造、修正了机组喘震曲线,中压蒸汽耗量由31.9 t/h降至26.5 t/h;优化换热流程及低温热利用,新增凝结水与重石脑油换热器,并对分馏塔塔盘改造,可年节约燃料气3 127 t,使拔头油中C7质量分数由17.99%下降至5.11%。通过对装置不断的优化操作、节能改造,取得了良好的经济效益。
Here introduced are the main measures and effect for the energy saving and operation optimiza- tion of a 1.0 MM TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit of Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical Company. The re- forming furnace is added with air preheater, and the heater flue gas temperature is reduced to 95 ℃ from 181 ℃. The efficiency of furnace is raised to 93.96% from 90.50%. After the revampings of the condenser and mid-pressure steam system of the reformer booster as well as revision of anti-surge curve, etc, the con- sumption of mid-pressure steam is reduced to about 26.5 t/hr from about 31.9 t/hr. In addition, the optimiza- tion of heat exchange process and utilization of low-temperature heat, addition of heat exchangers for conden- sate and naphtha and revamping of trays of fractionators have saved 3 127 tons of fuel a year. The C7 in the topped oil is lowered to about 5.11% from 17.99%. Good economic benefits have been achieved through op- timization of process operation and revamping for energy saving, etc.
