摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司0.9 Mt/a催化裂化汽油脱硫装置采用第三代国产化的S Zorb技术。针对该装置在长周期运行中出现的再生器吸附剂结块、闭锁料斗过滤器压差高和烃/氧分析仪异常等问题,分析了产生的原因,提出了优化再生器的关键操作参数的操作方法;更换闭锁料斗过滤器滤芯;完善闭锁料斗烃/氧分析仪的联锁控制组态方式等措施。这些措施实施后,问题得到了解决,为S Zorb装置的平稳运行提供有效保障。
In the 0.9 MM TPY FCC gasoline desulfurization unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chem- ical Co. , Ltd. , the 3rd-generation Chinese desulfurization process has been applied. The coke formed in the regenerator, the differential pressure is high in the filter of closed-loop hopper and the operation of hydrocar- bon/oxygen analyzer is abnormal in the long-term operation of the unit. The root causes are analyzed, the crit- ical optimal operating parameters and operating methods are presented for the regenerator, the filtrate is re- placed for the closed-loop hopper, and the control by interlocked hydrocarbon/oxygen hopper is improved. Af- ter taking these measures, the problems have been solved, which provides a good basis for stable operation of S Zorb unit.
