摘要 目的把握区域全民健康信息化业务应用建设总体情况,为"十三五"期间全民健康信息化业务应用建设的重点方向和内容提供依据。方法对全国26个省级和307个地市级卫生计生委信息化业务应用建设情况展开问卷调查,分为惠民服务、业务监管和业务协同三大类功能。结果惠民服务、业务监管和业务协同都得到了不同程度的发展,省级业务信息化的水平明显高于地市级。业务监管应用的开通比例最高,而业务协同开通的比例最低。结论 "十三五"期间将围绕社会公众需求提供更为精准的惠民服务;强化互联互通,发挥业务监管应用辅助决策支持的作用;重视数据质量,加快卫生计生行政管理部门间的业务协同监管应用,大力推进区域全民健康业务信息化建设。 Objective To explore the current condition of regional health informatization application, and provide evidence for the Planning of the 13th Five-Year on the direction and content of national health informatization. Methods Collected data from Health information centers from 26 provinces and 307 prefectures by questionnaires, which focus on three types of healthcare business, namely public services, supervision and coordination. Results In general, all the three types of application have made progress in informatization. The application penetration rate in provinces is much higher than that of prefectures. In addition, supervision has the highest penetration rate, while the coordination has the lowest. Conclusion The informatization of public service should feature on precise services; the supervision application should continue to improve the interconnection between different departments; and the coordination application should attach more attention on data quality during the 13th Five-Year.
