Standards reviewing is an important part of standards project management. In the traditional management mode,standards documents were printed and reviewed in paper, making the reviewing work inefficient. It is necessary to develop an e-voting system for health standards reviewing. Through requirement analysis, functional design proposals for e-voting system of health standards review are put forward in this article, including expert management, project management, reviewing management, expert review, review records management and system management. At the same time, user rights and functions are put forward in this article.
