摘要
重点阐述了医院临床决策知识库系统的研究与应用,针对临床专业组医生对疾病信息的处理方法,梳理出专科疾病的诊疗流程。用知识转化管理工具提供包括知识获取、知识转化、知识应用和知识更新的各类服务。通过GELLO语言的转化处理,将复杂、不可量化的诊疗过程转化成有效的临床决策支持。旨在及时、准确、完整地为医生提供相应的信息资料,帮助医生做出正确有效的诊断决策。
This paper focuses on the research and application of knowledge base system for hospital clinical decision making,disease information processing method for clinical professional group of doctors,combing out specialized disease diagnosis and treatment process. Using knowledge management tools, it provides services that include knowledge acquisition, knowledge transformation, knowledge application and knowledge updating. Through the transformation and treatment of GELLO language, the complex and non- quantifiable diagnosis and treatment process can be transformed into effective clinical decision support. Timely, accurate and complete information can be provided to help doctors make correct and effective diagnosis decisions.
