Analysis of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Standardization System Development

随着新一代信息技术的飞速发展,并与制造业不断深入结合,智能制造的概念与技术体系也不断更新。本文提出智能制造是一个由智能设计、智能生产、智能管理、智能产品、智能服务五个要素构成的生产模式系统,并讨论了智能制造技术体系及未来技术发展趋势。基于我国智能制造标准化体系内容进行对比分析,提出我国未来智能制造技术发展与标准化完善发展的若干建议。

With the development of new information technology and its merging trend with the manufacturing technology, the conception and technology system of intelligent manufacturing （IM） is also developing. The paper puts forwards the theory that IM is a manufacturing system consisted by five elements, intelligent design, manufacturing, management, products and services, and discusses the key technical system and its developing trends. Furthermore, based on the comparison analysis of the five elements of IM and IM standardization system of China, it proposes suggestions for the future developments of IM.
