摘要
原安全壳整体密封性试验参数监测系统存在系统准确度较低、可靠性较差、传感器布置复杂,占用主线时间过长,仪器设备老化等问题,无法满足下一次安全壳整体密封性试验的要求。针对存在的问题,对系统进行了优化研究。实践证明,优化后的系统具有准确度高、可靠性强的优点,同时节约了关键路径时间。
The original parameter monitoring system of overall tightness test of containment has such problems as quite low system accuracy, lacking in redundant design, room existing in sensor arrangement for optimization, and aging of instrumentation and equipment etc., which can't meet the requirements for next overall tightness test of containment. Regarding the existing problems, system maintenance personnel has optimized the system considering internal experience feedback and experience learned from other nuclear power stations. Practice has proved that new system has such strong points as high accuracy and reliability, and saves the time for critical mutes.
