不同参数对X形耗能器性能的影响分析

摘要 X形耗能器是安装在装配式木结构梁柱节点的一对耗能钢板,在与钢填板共同作用时耗能器受力均匀,耗能能力强,且具有制作工艺简单、工厂预制化、现场安装、经济性好等优点。通过理论分析并借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对耗能器进行参数化的数值模拟。结果表明:X形耗能器具有良好的塑性性能,耗能能力较好,可通过改变耗能器的X形中间厚度r2和厚度t来满足不同初始刚度和屈服力的要求。 The X-shaped damper is a pair of energy dissipation steel plate, which is installed in the assembly beam-column joints. The X-shaped damper has some advantages,like the simple manufacturing process, factory prefabrication, site installation and good economics. Besides that, the stress of X-shaped damper is uniform during working with the steel filler. The result of theoretical analysis for X-shaped damper and numerical simulation by using finite element software ABAQUS shows that:X-shaped damper has good plastic properties and energy consumption. What' s more, X-shaped damper can be suitable for different initial stiffness and yield strength by ehanging the X-shaped intermediate thickness r2 and the thickness t of the damper.
