摘要 玄武岩纤维是继碳纤维、玻璃纤维后又一种无机高性能纤维材料,具有无长期蠕变、物理化学性能稳定、热稳定性好等优异性能。基于国内现行可应用于纤维网格材料拉伸测试的规范对加载应变速率存在差异,研究了该材料在静态与准动态应变速率范围内不同应变速率对3种规格型号的玄武岩纤维网格单轴拉伸性能的影响,并分析了纤维束初始波状弯曲、纤维束截面面积、网格尺寸、树脂浸渍程度对玄武岩纤维网格基本抗拉力学性能的影响及原因,可为今后该材料用于建筑加固的结构设计和材料生产质量管理提供参考。 Basalt fiber is a high-performance inorganic material after carbon fiber and glass fiber due to its creep resistance, physical and chemical stability and stability under high temperature. Regarding the strain rate of current Chinese test standards and codes for the fiber grids, it is quite different. The uniaxial tensile properties of basalt fiber grids with different strain rates between static and quasi-dynamic loading range were investigated in this paper. Three different mesh dimensions and fiber bundle were considered in the type of BFRP grid. The influences and factors of initial wave shape in fiber bundle, sectional area of fiber bundle, the size of mesh, and resin impregnation on the tensile properties of basalt fiber grid were analyzed. The study can provide the basic mechanical behavior for the material used as a reference for BFRP grid retrofitting structures and BFRP grid manufacturing.
