摘要
目前单边齿形扁钢的生产常常出现边部齿形充填不完整、齿根部飞边等问题。以IB75规格扁钢为例,对万能法轧制单边周期齿形扁钢进行了模拟,分析了影响成齿精度的原因,并对IB75规格扁钢的工艺进行了优化。
Some problems exist in the current process of plat beam with tooth, such as tooth filling incomplete and tooth root metal flash. Simulation of IB75 plat beam by universal rolling was processed, and the influence factors on forming precision were ana- lyzed. Therefore, the forming process of IB75 plat beam was opimized.
