连续退火炉的冷却速率对冷轧后退火处理产品的性能,尤其是强度起着决定性的作用。为适应汽车市场对冷轧产品强度越来越高的要求,退火炉冷却技术得到了迅速发展。分析了冷却速率对高强钢性能的影响机理,并着重介绍了退火炉冷却技术的研发和应用。
The cooling rate of the continuous furnace is the determining factor for the mechanical performance, especially for the strip strength of the cold rolled products. The cooling technology of the annealing furnace was developed rapidly in recent years to accommodate the higher and higher requirements of the strip strength of the cold rolled products for automobile market. The principle of the cooling rate influence the performance of the high strength strip was analyzed. The development and application of the annealing furnace cooling technology were introduced.
