荧光分光法测定血清阿霉素浓度及家兔体内药物动力学研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文建立了荧光分光法测定血清阿霉素浓度,激发/荧光波长为505/550um,线性范围0.01~0.5μg/ml,最低检出浓度为5ng/ml;日内误差小于2%,日间误差小于3%,平均回收率为86.23%。用于家兔静脉注射阿霉素药物动力学研究,结果表明该法适合于临床药物监护及药物动力学分析。 This paper describ the determination of adriamycin concentration in serum by spectrofluorometry (excitation wavelength, 505 nm: fluorescence wavelength.550 nm). The detection limit was 5 ng/ml and the linear range was 0.01-0.5μg/ml(r=0.9999). The coefficient of variation of within-day and day-to-day were Lessthan 2% and 3%, respectively. Average recovery from spiked serum was 86.23%.The method has been applied to investigate the pharmacokinetics of adriamycin inrabbits and also can be applied to clinical monitoring of adriamycin levels.
