脾脑相关性探究

Study on Correlation between Spleen and Brain

依据脾脑相关理论,结合医案方药及现代研究,探究脾脑相关性。认为生理上脾胃功能正常可保持脑髓的充盈、元神的清明、痰湿的运化以及血液在脉内正常运行,病理上脾脑常互相累及,若脾胃受损则易影响脑的功能。当脑病发生时,从调脾治脑的角度,以补虚、逐瘀、化痰等方法,采用人参、黄芪、白术等药物结合补中益气汤、半夏厚朴汤、补阳还五汤等方剂加减运用常获良效,且该理论在张仲景、李杲、叶天士等著名医家的医案中皆有运用。

According to the spleen and brain related theory,the correlation between the spleen and brain was studied by combining with the medical records,prescriptions and modern researches. Physiologically,the normal function of the spleen and stomach can maintain the abundance of brain marrow,the sanity of the mind,the transportation and transformation of the phlegm and dampness and the normal movement of blood in the vessels. But pathologically,the spleen and brain often affect each other and if the spleen and stomach are damaged,it will affect the normal function of the brain. When encephalopathy occurs,from the point of view that raising spleen＇s effect can cure the encephalopathy which could be treated by tonifying the deficiency,removing the blood stasis and phlegm,etc. using Renshen（Ginseng radix etrhizoma）,Huangqi（Astragali radix）,Baizhu（Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma） etc. combining with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Banxia Houpu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction etc. and their addition and subtraction with good effects. And the theory was also applied in medical theories and cases of ZHANG Zhongjing,LI Gao,YE Tianshi and other famous doctors.
