摘要
基于目前北方寒地城市普遍遇到的水资源短缺问题、冬季绿色基础设施生态功能丧失以及城市供水排水压力大三大关键性问题,从恒温恒湿的环境控制、分散式水处理和设施小型化的角度阐述了Water Hub等国内外案例给我们带来的启发。提出了在北方寒地建设集全天候保持生态性、近零能耗、多功能性于一体的"寒地热屏障系统",并对其概念进行了深入剖析,阐述了"寒地热屏障系统"应该具备的五大内涵和五大特征,以期利用空间手法为北方寒地城市解决干旱、水污染、生态景观问题提供一定的借鉴。
Based on encountering the three key problems of small amount of water, poor water quality, winter haze in the current cold sponge city construction in northern China. demonstrated the necessity and urgency of constructing "Thermal Barrier System" with near zero energy consumption. This paper expounds the inspiration that Water Hub and other domestic and foreign cases bring us from the perspective of keeping all-weather ecological function, hierarchical water treatment. Proposed in the northern cold land to build all-weather ecological, green energy, multi-functional three needs in one of the "Thermal Barrier System". So as to provide some reference for solving the problem of drought, water pollution and winter haze by using space method in the northern cold land.
