摘要
当今众创空间在"大众创业、万众创新"的国家战略背景下具有重要现实意义,如何从办公空间向众创空间转变成为焦点问题。文章分析了办公空间的发展历程、影响因素与四种典型模式,以及目前办公空间面临的困境与成因,并以此为背景,论述了以景观作为媒介设计众创空间的思考角度及其优越性。最后,通过在实际案例中的应用探索,论述了景观作为媒介在协调人地关系、可持续运营、满足个体生理心理需求、调动交往积极性方面所起到的重要作用。期望文章的探索对我国方兴未艾的众创空间设计起到一定的借鉴意义。
Co-working space has been playing a crucial role in the context of national strategy policy "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", which leads to the method of transformation become a significant problem that from an office to a co-working space. This paper analyzes the development process, relevant factors and four typical models of office, as well as the current dilemma and causing factors of it. In addition, based on these analysis, this paper invites a new point of view that using landscape architecture elements as a medium to design a co-working space and discusses the advantages of it. Then, this paper fully discusses the effective function of medium effect of landscape architecture by a practical case in coordinating the relationship between man and land, conducting sustainable operation, satisfying the individual physical and psychological needs and mobilizing the enthusiasm of communication, in order to be a guarded reference to the co-working space design.
