多元伙伴合作下的新农村农房建设模式研究——以杭州市余杭区小古城村农房建设为例

Study on the New Type of Farmhouse under the Cooperation of Multiple Partners——A Case of Construction of Farmhouses in Xiaogucheng Village, Yuhang District, Hangzhou

文章从人员构成及权责、建造成本及资金来源、建房流程、约束性文件等多重角度总结我国现有农房的建设模式和问题,同时阐述了杭州市余杭区小古城村农房建设实践中的新尝试——多元伙伴合作下的农房建设模式,以期为社会主义新农村的农房建设提供一种全新的思路。

This article summarizes the construction modes and existing problems of farm houses in our country from the angle of personnel composition, right and responsibility, construction cost, capital source, building procedure and constraint documents. Then, it illustrates a new attempt in the construction of farmhouses in Xiaogucheng Village, Yuhang District, Hangzhou new type of farmhouse under the cooperation of multiple partners, expecting to provide a new idea for the construction of farmhouses in the new socialist countryside.
