Research on the Spatial Integration of Old Industrial Plants——A Case Study of the Beijing Second Thermal Power Plant

随着城市化的进程,越来越多的旧工业厂区面临着被改造的命运。由于北京第二热电厂特殊的背景,选址靠近市中心,紧邻天宁寺与白云观,区域内文化资源丰富却无法产生活力,空间亟待整合。文章通过分析北京第二热电厂与城市空间形态的冲突,进而提出一系列空间整合策略,以激活区域活力。

with the process of urbanization, more and more old industrial factories are facing the fate of transformation.due to the special background, the Beijing second thermal power plant is located near the city center, next to the Tianning temple an and Baiyun temple.The region has rich cultural resources but cannot produce vitality, the space needs to be reconstructed urgently, by analyzing the conflict between Beijing second thermal power plant and the urban space form, this paper presents a series of spatial reconstruction strategies to activate regional energy.
