山地人居环境视角下重庆旧城社区更新策略研究

Theoretical Knowledge and Methods of Community Regeneration from the Perspective of the Mountain Human Settlements

重庆通过直辖20年的跨越发展,在城市建设方面取得了突出的成就,但随着城市由"增量"转向"存量"发展,重庆市社区更新面临着很多问题,需要进一步梳理与完善。本文从人居环境视角出发,构建山地城市社区更新的规划技术框架,提出社区更新的定量评价方法与菜单式的策略引导,并以重庆山城巷社区为例进行实证研究。

Chongqing has made outstanding achievements during 20 years of urban development. However, the community regeneration in Chongqing are confronting many problems in the current trend from incremental planning to inventory planning, which needs further integration and improvement.This paper embarks from the perspective of human settlements. Afterwards, on the basis of construction of mountainous city community regeneration planning technical framework, the paper applies quantitative evaluation method and puts forward a strategy guide for community regeneration. Finally, this paper takes Shancheng street community as an example to find out proper planning strategies.
