高血压脑出血微创穿刺引流术后的护理方法及效果观察

Nursing methods and effect observation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive puncture and drainage

目的探究高血压脑出血微创穿刺引流术后的护理方法及效果。方法 50例实行微创穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。观察组采用综合护理干预的方式,对照组采用常规护理的方式,观察记录两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效24例,总有效率为96.00%;对照组患者治疗总有效18例,总有效率为72.00%;两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率92.00%明显高于对照组的64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血微创穿刺引流术患者采用综合护理的方式,有利于提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,促进患者治疗。

Objective To investigate the nursing method and effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive puncture and drainage.Methods A total of 50 hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients treated with minimally invasive puncture and drainage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group received conventional nursing.The nursing effect in two groups was observed and recorded.Results The observation group had 24 total effective cases,with total effective rate as 96.00%,which were 18 cases and 72.00% in the control group,both groups had statistically significant difference in total effective rate（P〈0.05）.The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 4.00% than 24.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group had obviously higher total satisfaction degree as 92.00% than 64.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients treated with minimally invasive puncture and drainage is beneficial to improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction and promote the treatment of patients.
