MRI技术诊断膝关节胫骨平台骨折的临床价值分析

Analysis of clinical value of MRI technique in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture of knee joint

目的探究膝关节胫骨平台骨折诊断中运用磁共振成像(MRI)技术的临床价值。方法 72例膝关节胫骨平台骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组采用MRI技术进行诊断,对照组采用CT技术进行诊断。所有患者均经病理及手术证实,观察两组诊断检出率及诊断满意度。结果观察组诊断检出率为80.56%,明显高于对照组的58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组诊断满意度为88.89%,明显高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节胫骨平台骨折诊断中运用MRI技术后,其诊断较为准确,存在较高的诊断检出率和诊断满意度,可以进行积极普及推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） technique in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture of knee joint. Methods A total of 72 patients with tibial plateau fracture of knee joint were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The observation group was diagnosed by MRI technique, and the control group was diagnosed by CT technique. All patients were confirmed by pathology and operation, and diagnostic detection rate and diagnostic satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group had obviously higher diagnostic detection rate as 80.56% than 58.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher diagnostic satisfaction as 88.89% than 69.44% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of MRI technique shows high diagnostic accuracy for the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture of knee joint wiht higher diagnostic detection rate and satisfaction, and can be popularized and promoted actively.
