支撑喉镜联合鼻内窥镜治疗喉部病变疗效分析

Analysis of efficacy of self-retaining laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopy in the treatment of laryngeal lesions

目的探讨支撑喉镜联合鼻内窥镜治疗喉部病变的临床效果。方法 92例喉部病变患者,按治疗方式不同分为联合组和单一组,各46例。联合组接受支撑喉镜+鼻内窥镜联合治疗,单一组接受支撑喉镜治疗,比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果联合组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于单一组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的并发症发生率为2.17%,明显低于单一组的17.39%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对喉部病变患者行支撑喉镜联合鼻内窥镜治疗,能够减少并发症发生,更加利于患者的术后康复。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of self-retaining laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopy in the treatment of laryngeal lesions. Methods A total of 92 patients with laryngeal lesions were divided by different treatment methods into combined group and single group, with 46 cases in each group. Combined group received self-retaining laryngoscope ＋ nasal endoscopy for treatment, and single group received self-retaining laryngoscope for treatment. Comparison were made on treatment effect and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results Combined group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 100.00% than 80.43% in single group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Combined group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 2.17% than 17.39% in single group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of self-retaining laryngoscope and nasal endoscopy for patients with laryngeal lesions can reduce the occurrence of complications, and it is beneficial to postoperative rehabilitation.
