多学科团队协作护理模式在白内障手术患者中的临床价值分析

Clinical value analysis of multidisciplinary team cooperative nursing model in patients with cataract surgery

目的分析多学科团队协作护理模式在白内障手术患者中的临床价值。方法 128例白内障手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机偶数奇数法分为对照组与实验组,每组64例。对照组实施传统治疗护理模式,实验组实施多学科团队协作护理模式。观察并比较两组的干预效果。结果实验组健康知识得分、术后视力高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组视网膜脱落、角膜内皮损伤、青光眼等并发症发生率分别为1.6%、1.6%、3.1%,均明显低于对照组的14.1%、12.5%、15.6%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队协作护理模式有利于促进白内障手术患者视力恢复,提高其对健康知识的认知能力,缩短住院时间,减少并发症,值得在临床中优先选择和大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of multidisciplinary team cooperative nursing model in patients with cataract surgery. Methods A total of 128 patients with cataract surgery as study subjects were divided by random even and odd number into control group and experimental group, with 64 cases in each group. The control group received traditional treatment and nursing model, and the experimental group received multidisciplinary team cooperative nursing model. The intervention effect in two groups was observed and compared. Results The experimental group had higher health knowledge score, postoperative visual acuity than the control group, and shorter hospitalization time than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had incidence of complications of retinal detachment, corneal endothelial damage, glaucoma respectively as 1.6%, 1.6% and 3.1%, which were all obviously lower than 14.1%, 12.5% and 15.6% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multidisciplinary team cooperative nursing model helps to promote vision recovery, improve the cognitive ability of health knowledge, shorten hospitalization time and reduce complications. It is worthy of priority selection and promotion in clinical practice.
