浙江省宁波市成人预防接种门诊服务状况的空间聚集性研究

Spatial clustering of services of adult vaccination clinics in Ningbo city of Zhejiang province

目的探讨宁波市成人预防接种门诊服务现况及空间分布格局，为优化宁波市成人预防接种服务提供依据。方法利用多距离空间聚类分析与局部空间自相关分析法分析宁波市2015年成人预防接种门诊的全局空间分布特点、服务的热／冷点地区和空间聚集性。结果截至2016年7月，宁波市平均每50km2内成人预防接种门诊数为0．82个。2015年平均每个门诊工作199．46d，每个门诊年接种量为373．43剂次，18岁以上成人疫苗总体接种率为0．76％。宁波市成人预防接种门诊分布、接种情况均存在空间聚集性，热点地区主要分布在中心城区，包括海曙、江东、江北和鄞州，冷点地区主要分布在宁海东部和象山南部。结论宁波市成人预防接种门诊服务呈现中心城区聚集性，需进一步提升成人预防接种服务的可及性和疫苗接种率。

Objective To analyze the service status and spatial distribution of adult vaccination clinics in Ningbo city for optimizing vaccination services. Methods Multi-distance spatial cluster analysis and lo- cal spatial autocorrelation analysis were used to detect the spatial characteristics of adult vaccination clin- ics and the hot/cold spots of adult vaccination services in Ningbo in 2015. Results Up to July 2016, the number of ~duh vaccination clinics was 0. 82 per 50kin2. In 2015, the working time per clinic reached 199.46 days, the vaccine doses administered per clinic reached 373.43 doses, and the overall coverage of vaccination for /〉 18-year-old adults reached 0. 76%. The distribution of both adult vaccina- tion clinics and services showed a spatial clustering, with most hot spots in central urban districts inclu- ding Haishu, Jiangdong, Jiangbei and Yinzhou, and most cold spots in the east of Ninghai and the south of Xiangshan.
